Vivo Y7s smartphone was launched in July 2019. The phone comes with a 6.38-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2340 pixels. Vivo Y7s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek P65 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Vivo Y7s runs Android Pie and is powered by a 4500mAh battery. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y7s on the rear packs a 16-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.78 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a third 5-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. It sports a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Vivo Y7s runs FunTouch OS 9 based on Android Pie and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB). The Vivo Y7s is a dual-SIM smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
Connectivity options on the Vivo Y7s include Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth v5.00. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
